Case Study · Personalised Nameplates and Gifting

A full online store, with one team behind every channel.

We built the Shopify store, then took on SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and WhatsApp marketing. We manage the store day to day and gave the team a billing CRM.

The Journey

  1. Step 01Store
  2. Step 02SEO
  3. Step 03Google and Meta Ads
  4. Step 04WhatsApp
  5. Step 05Store management
  6. Step 06Billing CRM

Chapter 1

A Shopify store that sells personalised nameplates without friction

A growing catalogue of metal, acrylic and wooden nameplates needed a store that makes choosing and buying simple.

  • Moved the catalogue from WooCommerce to Shopify, collection by collection
  • Wrote product content at scale for every nameplate material
  • Set up GA4 and Search Console so every order has a source

Chapter 2

SEO that puts the right nameplate in front of people searching for it

Buyers search by material, size and use. Product pages had to match those searches.

  • Keyword research per product line, written into names, titles and descriptions
  • Clean URL handles, meta titles and meta descriptions
  • 592K impressions, 1.5% average CTR and 7.4 average position over the last 3 months

Chapter 3 · From July 2026

Google Ads and Meta Ads, with every order tied to its source

Ad spend has to show up as orders and revenue, month on month, not just as clicks.

  • Took over ad management in July 2026
  • Attributed orders and revenue to each channel
  • Compared performance before and after July
  • 286.43 conversions and ₹12.4M conversion value on ₹2.42M ad spend, October 1–30, 2026

Chapter 4

WhatsApp marketing that speaks differently to cold and warm buyers

A first time visitor and a returning customer need different messages.

  • Built a segmented creative strategy for the personalised nameplate range
  • One creative for cold audiences, another for warm and retargeted audiences

Chapter 5 · Ongoing

We manage the store, so the team can focus on making and shipping

A live store needs constant care: new products, content, fixes and reports.

  • Add and update products and collections
  • Keep content, speed and tracking healthy
  • Share a month on month report on orders and revenue by channel

Chapter 6 · Built by us, for them

A billing CRM that keeps the books as clean as the store

Orders come in from many channels. Invoices, receipts and payments need one home.

  • Sales invoices and customer receipts in one place
  • Purchase records and vendor payments

Results and measurement.

We report on the numbers the business runs on: orders, revenue and the channels that drive them.
