Client-specific work products are transferred to the client upon full payment as outlined in the project agreement.

Ocean Technolab reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, maintenance, hosting support, marketing activity, or access-related assistance in the event of non-payment.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Clients are responsible for paying any applicable GST, VAT, or other taxes as required by local law.

Disputed invoices must be raised in writing within seven (7) days of receipt. Undisputed portions remain due by the original payment date.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ocean Technolab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, contact channels, or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Ocean Technolab makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of website content. Content is provided on an 'as is' basis.
